DoorDash deliver customer shocked when his barbecue dinner ordered showed up half-eaten

Chris Payton ordered food from a Dickey's Barbecue restaurant in West Manchester Township, Pennsylvania, and had it delivered via the app that uses its own drivers to ferry orders from restaurants to customers' doors.
He said when he opened the box with his meal he found that half of it had already been consumed.
Two of the six ribs he was expecting were gone and there were obvious bite marks on the ones that were left.
I was just dumbfounded I was really shocked that something like that would happen,' Payton told FOX43.
Payton is convinced that the DoorDash delivery driver is the culprit.
I guess she just pulls over to the side of the road and just decides to have herself a little snack before she delivers,' he said.
'It's just crazy. I don't understand people why they would do something like that,' Payton said.
'It's somebody's food you pay for that you expect to get it, you pay for a service.'
DoorDash gave Payton a refund but did not offer an explanation or any indication of what will happen to the driver.
'Treat your customers with respect, treat somebody's like you would like to be treated yourself,' he said.
