Kristen Doute's Publisher Will No longer Promote Her Book following Vanderpump Rules firing
Kristen Doute's book publisher has revealed that it is cutting ties with the reality star after amid her firing from Vanderpump Rules following her past racist actions.
Kristen, 37, released her first self-help book, titled He's Making You Crazy, on June 2nd, just days before she was axed from the show along with pal Stassi Schroeder.
On Wednesday, publisher Chicago Review Press said in a statement that in addition to cancelling her virtual book tour, they now plan to distance themselves from the star and will no longer promote the title.
'We are a company that strives to be aware, pay attention, and make a positive contribution to the world around us, but we also know that there is always room to do better and learn more; we are working on it.'
'Therefore, we will no longer promote 'He's Making You Crazy,' and we've canceled all remaining virtual or in-person events.'
Kristen's representative Steve Honig responded in a statement to DailyMail.com saying: 'Kristen fully understands the publisher's position and is focused on doing the work she needs to do in order to make all this right and be a part of the solution.'
