Love Island girls reunite for pyjama party – but Molly-Mae and Lucie miss out
The love is over for the most recent contestants of Love Island as fans have accused the women from the show of vindictive behaviour.
Fans took to social media over the weekend to slam the 2019 contestants for seemingly freezing out
Molly-Mae Hague, Maura Higgins, Lucie Donlan and India Reynolds from a cosy reunion.
Gathering together on Saturday night, Amy Hart, Amber Gill, Yewande Biala, Anna Vakili, Belle Hassan and Francesca Allen perhaps couldn’t have been aware of the can of worms they were opening by enjoying a girls’ night in together.
The group of six enjoyed time catching up together - wearing matching nightwear, snacking on pizza, and dancing around 29-year-old Anna’s luxury apartment.
Taking to Instagram, 26-year-old Amy shared a photo of the ladies pouting for the camera as they posed for a snap that she duly shared online.
"Instagram vs Reality. great night with the gals ‘let’s do this again real soon’ Thanks to Anna and Mandi for hosting,” Amy wrote as she shared the photos on her feed.
But far from seeing six firm friends enjoying a night together, it seemed the majority of Love Island fans were more concerned (and angry) about those who were absent from the reunion.
“So nice girls, don’t invite molly or Lucy or any of the other girls that too where friends with,” one aggressive follower commented on Amy’s post.
“Wheres molly-mae then?” spat another.
While a third angry fan wrote: “Where’s Molly-Mae? Lucie? Maura? India?”
Many defended the Love Island ladies, however, noting that not all the contestants live in the same city - and many have been travelling for work commitments.
