Love Island’s Amy Hart shares candid message about overcoming body ‘insecurities’
The Love Island star, 28, shared a stunning mirror selfie snap taken from her holiday in Dubai before lockdown.
As lockdown rumbled on, the reality star treated her 1.2millions to the bikini photograph on Tuesday.
Amy caught the eye in a luminous lime two-piece which showcased her fantastic figure.
The Celebs Go Dating star admitted she felt nervous about her "hips looking too big" in the scanty ensemble.
But her pals gushed over her gorgeous appearance which gave Amy the confidence to go paddle boarding in her tiny swimming gear.
She wrote: "Is anyone else using this time to think back on all the time they’ve wasted in the past?
"I took this picture in the bathroom in Dubai to send to the holiday group chat. I’d gone to change bikinis for paddle boarding and spent a good 15 mins deciding wether or not my hips looked too big sent this to the girls to get their opinion on wether (sic) or not I was safe to venture out or if I should go back to the room and get something else."
The reality TV star recalled on the insecurities she faced about her own body before lockdown.
In a candid note, she expressed her wishes she could go back in time to stop worrying.
She added: "Now when I scroll through our Dubai pictures all I think of is how much fun we had and how I wish we could go again, not the insecurities I felt that day.
"So what I’m saying is...enjoy your life, drink the wine and try to stop worrying."
It's been a time of reflection and forgiveness for Amy.
