Love Island's winner Amber makes sly dig at Molly and Tommy's relation

Behind the blinding white smiles, flammable teased hair extensions and the oversized lashes, the Love Island class of 2019 are all nursing one powerful thing - ambition.

And now the long hot summer of love , our Islanders are facing the long hot battle of trying to make money, keep their fame and create a credible brand - which isn't as romantic as it sounds.

Despite most of the finalists playing nice (a sage nod here to Anton - in Halifax this evening), as the cash offers pile in for some, others are left holding the ice cream cone in the rain while their car reeks of Creed.

Today, the feuds between our Islanders took a new turn after show winners Amber and Greg took a thinly veiled swipe at photogenic couple Molly-Mae and Tommy.

The pair, who came second on the ITV2 show, are known for their frequent Instagram posts with influencer Molly-Mae boasting an impressive 3million followers.

In a video from their Dublin hotel today, Amber said: "We are so bad at Instagram, keep forgetting to get a picture because we are having too much fun - we are going to try and work on it but we are too excited to see each other."

Greg backed her up in the video - which is sure to send waves through to some of their colleagues who are begging brands to let them Instagram post car fragrances for £200.

Could it be that Amber and Greg are hinting their romance is real without social media? Who knows - but the sting is there as influencer Molly racks up her Instagram posts with boyfriend Tommy.

Another secret feud involves the battle for a prime time ITV gig - sources say Amber landing Dancing On Ice was expected but her successful Loose Women stint sent scorn throughout the group.

Perky air hostess Amy was left hanging after her own Loose Women stint was less than impressive with sources saying her comments about watching the very same presenters as a child rankled.

And it is thought Amy was unhappy at not being asked back to the This Morning couch after her initial stint.

Rumours of a rift heated up when the Islanders both met up with Gemma Collins for the first time - mysteriously just one day apart, despite Amy insisting there was "no beef".

Both girls know the other is a big fan of Gemma, having done impressions of her famous phrases in the villa together, such as "I'm claustrophobic Darren" and "I've got money".

After her guest stint with the Loose ladies on Wednesday, Amber bumped into the TOWIE star during a recording of Nick Grimshaw’s BBC radio show.

While Amy then had a rather contrasting catch up with her idol - as Gemma made her help clear out her old clothes.

Amy travelled all the way from home in Worthing to Essex so that she could sift through 42 boxes of clothing and 11 suitcases.

To make things even worse, Amy then missed her train back home and was 'forced' to go make-up free and buy new clothes the next day.

Anton's feud with Molly appears to have died down after he embarked on a tour of nightclubs while the blond influencer ranks up the followers and expensive PAs.

With a blinding tan and teeth set, Molly said yesterday: "I have a thick skin. It's all over now."
